Return & Exchange Policy

At Conamore Essence, we want you to love your fragrance. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our Return & Exchange Policy ensures that you have a positive shopping experience, from the moment you place your order to the moment your fragrance arrives.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).
  • The product is returned via our approved return method (see "Return Process" below).

Please note: We do not accept returns for opened or used fragrances due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your fragrance for a different scent or size, you can do so within 7 days from the date of purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • The item must be in new, unopened condition.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

How to Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Reach out to our customer service team at support@conamoreessence.com or call us at +919319717212. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please note, returns cannot be processed without an RA number.

  3. Ship the Item Back:
    After receiving your RA number, carefully pack the product in its original packaging. Make sure to include your proof of purchase and the RA number on the return package.

  4. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

  5. Processing the Return/Exchange:
    Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund or process an exchange as per your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift Cards
  • Promotional items or items purchased on final sale or clearance

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@conamoreessence.com with details of the issue. We will happily provide a return label for the damaged item and issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund will include the full amount paid for the product, excluding shipping costs (unless the product was damaged or defective). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

Exemptions to the Return Policy

  • Personalized Products: Any custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
  • Used or Opened Products: As per hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fragrances that have been opened or used.
